Landynamix Service delivery falling behind

These guys were great when they first came to us with a solution some 7 years ago. However as businesses grow bigger it is very important that they find ways to ensure that service delivery does not fall behind with regards to existing customers on whom their growth is built. Landynamix is failing in this regard and are relying and pushing through price increases while their service levels drop.
