Extremely Poor Service and Failure to Resolve Faulty Order (Quo 11305)
I am writing this review to highlight severe issues with customer service and accountability at Landyguru regarding order Quo 11305.1 Incorrect roof rack brackets were supp**** for a Land Rover 90. When the items were returned for an exchange or replacement, Landyguru refused to accept them, claiming there were scratches and paint chips, and deflected responsibility onto their supplier, Front Runner.1 Multiple attempts to follow up over several months have been completely ignored by both reception and management. Holding payment for wrong parts while refusing to provide a resolution or communicate with customers is unacceptable.1 I strongly advise caution to anyone considering using Landyguru, as they do not rectify their mistakes or value customer satisfaction

Very disappointed client
I was shocked by the quotation they provided for a repair on our Landrover. According to them the vehicle blew a top gasket and quite a few things needed to be replaced. We got a second quotation from another company which was not even 10% of their quotation. Looks like they never even checked the vehicle, what a rip-off
