Worst Customer Service Ever

I rented a place on 59 Beaumont Street in Booysens, in June 2019. The agent called Claudio's service was so so terrible that he even ******* me into signing a lease agreement that he never bothered to explain. I emailed the office to lodge my complain regarding the service, the parking and the area which the place is at. No one responded to my complain infact they started telling me about the lease agreement. I moved out and my deposit wasn't paid. I am hoping hellopeter can help me in this regard.
