The worst Unprofessional rental group in South Africa..landstarproperties

I move in to their flat in rosettenville on the 1st of November 2021 ,the place was still being renovated,and looked like a dumping side,they said they will sort everything out, The flats did not have curtain rails, some of the plugs were not working,eletricity and water meters were snapped the units,I ended up buying water for the wrong unit,

They didn't have bins we used one old bin for the whole flat, They advised me that rent is R3000 did not mention that it excludes utilities..the first month I paid R3000 with no problems came the statement end of the month it had 400 on top for utilities when I advised them that Rowan(agent) never told me that I'll have to pay for this separately and I won't pay.

They told me to move out they will give me my deposit 5 days before month end,I had to find a place to stay in a rush n I was fed up ..it took them 30 days to refund me and they took R900 from my deposit. Saying that R600 is for early termination of which they actually terminated. They ****** me my money and they are so unprofessional,I spoke to Vivian whom I'm told is the owner when I asked about curtain rails she told me where to get off.

They don't value their tenants and they rushed for people to move in,their taps are old and the bathtubs were only painted to look new but now peeling off.
