Poor service, credit check ******** property agency

Oh my word I was submitted to all my documents to Claudio Barreiros and payed for the credit check till now I haven't got a response I have worked with bigger property agencies than this one had no issue with credit checks and applications , I called he said the landlord is still deciding, this is unprofessional I would like my 150 Rands back and look for another agent who are professional,
