Landstar's Useless employee of the year (Joanne)

Thank you for the below.

Now that we have sorted all this out, I would just like to explain to you why I have been so difficult the last few weeks.

I have had a very bad experience with Joanne in the last 2-3 years. She has always been difficult with me over simple requests like getting kitchen cupboards repaired etc.

Today is a very happy day for me, as I do not have to ever battle with her bull**** again. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional and *********** person in all my life.

I hope that you, as the GM of a company that has an average rating of 1.33 on Hello Peter, and an average rating of 1.9 on Google reviews, seriously considers getting a better caliber working for you, because I am completely convinced that it’s someone like her that’s ruining Landstar’s reputation.
