I fear for my life

I moved in 1st of July and since I have moved in I have so many complaints about the building, it was the water, kitchen sink, doors and till today they have not fixed them. End of July I received a Whats App text of R560,00 in arrears and when I asked what was it for i was not told. When we moved in we had signed a lease agreement of R1200 and after 2 moths of moving in we we then told to pay another R1200 telling me it is a new lease but it was just after 2 months. The last straw was theft on the 23rd of August in the morning, my husband noticed that a car battery was ****** from the car and some tools as well, we called them and they have not said anything till today. And we had notified them that this is our last month we will be moving out. Then Yesterday around 1 midday we received a call from the caretaker saying there has been a burglary in my flat and then I had to leave work and rush there, all my appliances had been taken in broad daylight and some of the neighbors were there as well, I even have footage of them loading things in their car parked in front of the gate, do not know how they gained access through the gate, and I had to call the police and they did not arrive immediately and we went to the police after 3 hours to fetch the police but they did nothing, they did not even take fingerprints. I am scared for my kids life and do not feel safe any more.
