Bad service from landstar properties and the landlord of sotera building

Hello peter i will like to complain about sotera building wich is under landstar properties agency in alberton since sundy we dont have electricity and no one informed us that they will cut electricity and wen we call the agency they dont give straight answers as to why the electricity is off its 5 day now still we bath with cold water , we dont cook food in the fridge is rotten when you tell the caretaker he says thers nothing he can do , they dont even maintain the building its like hostel so can the landstar properties and the landlord take ownership and give us good service as we customers to them its not as if we staying for free . And when people complain they must take the complaints serious and act because people are moving out since their complaints are not taken serious .
