Violation of my consumer rights. Charged on incorrect invoices

sent Compeg two months of incorrect debiting, Jeanette had responded twice saying she will send amended invoices. Now I was sent final demands letter for two months in arears and extra charges as a result. No correspondence from Compeg! This is appalling and a gross violation of my consumer rights! Since bothe outstanding invoices were deemed as being incorrect no payment can be claimed on incorrect invoices. Admission of the ir incorrect was admitted when Jeanette responded with “Good morning Suvania, This will be sorted out and a new invoice will be sent.” A week letter I received a notice of fees being charged.
