Landlord ****** Off Deposit By Landsec Property Management

Now that the tenant has moved out, Landsec claims they paid me a deposit that I paid to them when they took over as managing agent on my behalf. At first, the claim was I never paid deposit over to Landsec. Upon furnishing date of payment, the story changed to the deposit was paid to me a few weeks after I had paid same to them. How convenient! I paid Landsec Property Management monthly fees yet still have to contend with accounting shambles, non-payment for related statutory costs like taxes, tenant relationship management, etc.
