Cleaning staff only being paid 50% their salaries

I recently heard from cleaning staff in my building that is managed by Landsec Property Management that they have only been paid half their salaries because the company has claimed they can't because of Covid-19. Everyone in the building has paid their rents in full. Why is this company *********** the people who need this money the most without being transparent with the clients? This is DISGUSTING, APPALLING and near-******** behavior!
