Worst Property Agents

The worst Managing Agents! I sold my property in May. The conveyor notified them on the date of transfer. I paid upfront levies but they still proceeded to deduct the full levy even though I have a credit balance.

They do not respond to emails and when you call no-one is available or the call is cut off!

Absolute *******. Stay away from this company.

I have been struggling to get my refund for over a month.
