Worst managing agent ive dealt with

I agree 100% with the other reviews. They are a law unto themself. The turn around time is pathetic, the attitude is disgusting. They think streamlining their business is more important than being a service company. I have shown my trustee that there is a compatibility issue with their statement software. I dont think it it is reasonable for my to change my system when it is just their invoices that wont download. When SARS ask me for documents, I will tell them Roberto said he isnt willing to provide them anymore.

I recommend others with issues to tell their trustees or landlords. These need to be put on record with the people paying Landsdownes bills. It will eventually cost them a contract.
