Unexplained accounting principles

has anyone communicaed with this company and actually got assisted? i have written emails, requested meetings to understand accounting principles app**** to their statements-nothing. Is it normal to be billed every other day for invoices? I have amounts i can't account for. I respond to their emails but i do not receive feedback to show interest to explain accounting principles app****.
