Terrible agency experience

Very frustrating experience. Levies bills are almost always send out late or owners are being billed incorrectly and have to do their own calculations. Poor service delivery in general. Poor communication/ do not know how to manage client expectations. Very poor administration. Currently waiting almost 3 months for levies statements. Water gets put off by the city because the bills are not being paid.
