Poor bad Service

I started staying at Orlando Towers from July 2024 of which I was supposed to start staying there from June 2024. I kept on asking for the statement and payment details to pay my levies nobody got back to me, but Chadley told me to ask my statement from *** that person did not bother to send it. Then only in September 2024, they send me the statement with interests, and I called in spoke to Wendy that can I please make a payment arrangement. We agreed that I will pay on the 31 of October 2024. Guess what this company handed me over to attorneys *** imagine what a poor bad service. I call Tebogo everyday she doesnt even bother to call mr back.
