Malicious intent and unprofessionalism

I had a very disappointing experience with Landsdowne property management during my time as a tenant. The property managers were unprofessional, unresponsive, and showed a complete lack of concern for their tenants.

On multiple occasions, I reported issues with the property that needed to be fixed, but my requests were ignored or took an extremely long time to be addressed. The property was not well maintained, and it was clear that the management company did not prioritize its upkeep.

To make matters worse, the property managers went as far as to lock me out of the Balwin Estate without any explanation or warning. This was a very frustrating and upsetting experience that left me feeling helpless and stranded.

Overall, I cannot recommend Landsdowne property management. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and negligence towards property maintenance and tenant needs are unacceptable. If you're looking for a reliable and responsible property management company, I suggest looking elsewhere.
