Landsdowne does not pay the deposit of its tenants on time as per their promise. They promise to pay the deposit between the 7th - 14th after you have moved out. Their employee Courtney Foster is one of the most arrogant employees they have. However they will harass you and even add penalties everyday if you owe them money. They are hypocrites. Dont even try to escalate your matter to their seniors. You will be blueticked.
