Landsdowne is useless

I am writing this review to make encourage others to start writing their reviews on this company so that they can start being accountable for their bad service. On the 3rd of December 2021, I raised a query with regards to a water meter that is taking an incorrect meter reading as it is charging me 4/5 litres a day. This is incorrect and the meter is somehow broken. I have advised Landsdowne as the managing agents, and they are supposed to send a plumber to see where the meter is incorrect or it there is a leak. It is now the 29th December and nothing had been done. I have been recharging my prepaid meter in order for the lights to stay on because they do not care. The sheer incompetence is really perplexing when this affects people's lives.
