Landsdowne Estate Management provide disgusting service

On 18 September 2023 I received an email from Danielle Renwick of Landsdowne property management informing that I need to register on their app.

I tried registering on their app and encountered a problem. I sent an email to Danielle Renwick on the 18 September asking for assistance. I did not get any response.

On 20 September, I received another email from Danielle Renwick to register on their app. I again tried unsuccessfully and resent my query to Danielle Renwick on 20 September for assistance. No response was received.

I sent followups to Danielle Renwick on 21 September, 01 October and 04 October. No response has been received to date.

Disgusting service from Danielle Renwick, considering her email is active as she keeps sending me the same request without acknowledging my query.
