Landsdown Property Services managing San Ridge maintenance

They manage maintenance at San Ridge Village in Midrand where I have an apartent that I let. Since December last year I have been trying to get major rain water leaks and damage which is acknowledged to be responsibility of the body corporate repaired. I never get responses to e mails and there is a complete lack of action. So during the heavy rains earleir in the year there were serious leaks that my tenant had to endure. Service is totally unsatisfactory.
