Dismal service

You should be allowed to give negative stars because even 1 star is too much here.

They change personnel constantly with no communication and certainly no handover process so you have to start all over again with the new person. Very inefficient and a complete waste of time for all involved.

There is no urgency to resolve matters, you have to constantly follow up only to have them ignore your call/email.

The other reviews that I see on this page are spot on. An accurate reflection of the service you can expect to receive from the company.
