Deposit for tenant and terrible service

The worst rental agency I have ever dealt with. Your tenants deposit is not safe here , your properties will not be properly managed and the service in general is straight out useless. I have dealt with many employees here because they keep leaving this company.

When I cancelled the contract for their services. They tell me that their records show that my tenant missed a payment 8 months earlier and they used the deposit instead (which is against the law) no attempt to pick up the missing payment or recoup the money or anything not even an apology.

Instead of tracking down the payment , they just keep telling the tenant to give a POP

currently I can’t even get a response from Kim swarimo from accounts department in landsdowne to repay the other funds they need to pay.

What fly by night operation is this.
