******* conversion of penalty fines into Levies

There is a fine on my account which is *******ly converted into levies. Every week I receive emails which hike up the charge and it is now sitting at thrice the original penalty fine amount.

There has not been a formal consultation with the trustees regarding the fine charged, the ongoing irregular charges to my account. I just receive notification of meetings held and resolutions taken by trustees regarding a decision that impacts on my finances. The trustees up to date have not made any efforts to have a meeting with me, to explain their actions especially the conversion of a fine to levies and incremental weekly arrears.
