AGENCY IS HANDS OFF - CALL BLACK PEOPLE "TIRED OF THESE PEOPLE"

I am shocked to see what a terrible rating this property agency has. My problems clearly are not unique. This agent fails to inform their customers of their rights and obligations. They are very punitive to tenants and not to the landlords. My son stayed in an apartment for 24months with snags which were logged on day 1 and were not fixed until we had no choice but to move out. They had the audacity to still increase the rentals when the unit still had leaking roofs. To top it off they failed to inform the landlord of his obligation on replacement of damaged further. It is an undisputed and common cause that you cannot expect a tenant to replace old damaged furniture which is 3 years old at current 2025 costs. This agency is aloof and handsoff and only follows the landlord's instructions - yet the revenue contributors i.e. tenants are not protected in any way. I have taken my case to the tribunal but i will not stop there. My next step is the media and civil organisations or political parties who care about regular south africans. They accidentally sent me an email where the agent referred to me as "tired of THESE PEOPLE". it goes without saying that this was meant in refence to people of color. I am shocked by what i am reading about this agency and why the PPRA is not involved in ensuring there is 360 compliance. I will be taking this up a well. I am not relenting until my case is resolved.
