Accident waiting to happen

My wife and I bought property at Paardevlei Lifestyle Estate 2 years ago, it's Balwin's flagship estate in Somerset West, managed by Landsdowne. Eversince we moved in I've been trying to get them to install traffic signs in the estate as it is a safety concern. In short, it's 2 years later, still nothing. I even guided them to the process to be followed. It's time to speak out, they are ***********, period. They will only wake up when there's an accident with serious injury or a fatality. This was reported to Balwin HQ, Landsdowne HQ. They were suppose to inform me of progress, they are all quiet, sleeping, it's a joke. Such a good estate messed up and it's getting worse, more reviews to follow
