Bad Service

I have been using them for a few years but am not using them anymore. There service is not the greatest, they continue to cancel visits and even though I ask them to come on specific days that my **** is there they cancel at the last moment. In December they cancelled twice at the last minute and one of there staff put the phone down on me why I complained and said that it was bull#&t. I also asked them to quote on work and it took almost 2 weeks to get a quote. The staff barely touch the garden or turn the beds. They literally just mow the lawn. They have long faces when asked to do any extras. I will certainly never use or suggest using them again.
