Worse Experience Ever

My experience with the dealership has been unpleasant from when i took my vehicle in repairs in December 2019. I always had to call for updates on the progress of the repairs, chase the service assistant Garth to follow up with the maintenance plan provider on authorisations. In February 2020 I went through the same after having given feedback to their quality assurance team about my previous experience. I still had to call and inquire about progress after being promised to receive feedback, leaving countless messages for call backs and not receiving those. A job was done without my concern after receiving authorisation from my warranty provider which covered less than half of the cost of the repair. The vehicle given back to me a day before lockdown without me knowing this, as the invoicing was not processed yet at the time. After taking the vehicle back to the workshop for a subsequent repair I was told about this outstanding amount by another service assistant after the Garth had been allegedly retrenched and had not been available to answer to what had transpired. I had to make means to pay off the outstanding amount as i would not receive my vehicle without payment and no other options besides settling the outstanding amount R46000 or have the engine remove and the old one fitted back in as advised by Mark the workshop manager having no empathy on a situation caused by his employee. To this day await to have an appointment to have the new engine sent for a police clearance as they could not have it done before lockdown when they finished the job.

To experience such treatment from such a reputable brand is rather unheard of and unexpected, more so disappointing to say the least.
