Landmark’s Unreliable and ************* Service

I’m incredibly disappointed with Landmark's handling of my recent claim. After they initially approved my car claim, which gave me some hope and peace of mind, they suddenly reversed their decision after the repair process had been initiated. The excuse? I’m no longer a student—something that should have been irrelevant to my coverage at this stage and was just a convenient loophole for them to back out. They were actively looking for reasons to avoid paying out.

I trusted Landmark to be there when I needed them, but their actions have left me in a highly awkward financial position. It’s beyond frustrating to feel like my insurance provider is just trying to do me in rather than support me.

I wouldn’t recommend Landmark to anyone looking for peace of mind.
