Worst experience ever...A bachelor flat was listed on market place which I enquired about to Ceo Smangaliso Buthelezi we then arranged to meet the Thursday 27th of June 2024...on the Wednesday he calls me saying someone else is interested in the place and in order for us to meet Thursday I should pay rent of 2200 which I deposited into his account,the same day he called telling me to check my whatsapp and told me to pay a deposit of 2200 which I eventually paid a total of R4400.On the Thursday we were suppose to meet he sent me a message 5minutes before and tells me he was in an accident.I then asked for a refund and sent my account number he sends me a **** transaction of 4400 which was supposedly deposited onto my account waited until Monday hasn't reflected.Called tyme bank and they notified me that there was no amount deposited and I should ask for a pop when I asked he said he will send it.Tuesday the 2July 2024 he sent me a whatsapp that my money will reflect in my account but nothing.Guys please be aware of Landmark Properties and I'm dealing directly with the Ceo Smangaliso Buthelezi hebis the one that did me dirty like this... my last money because of my desperation he took advantage of me....Oh and he gets people to do the advertising once you fall prey the post gets removed and there is no trace of that listing
