Lack of work and unprofessional

So I have a complaint about bad workmanship from this company. A lack a workmanship ****** against his workers. the way he speaks to his workers. Takes payments and don't complete the work that was given. I won't recommend any work from them. A guy called Clinton who runs the sites very rude and unprofessional.
