extraordinary

I brought in my laptop that wasn't turning on. The next day they phoned me to tell me I could pick it up and that it was working. Unfortunately when I arrived to pick it up the same problem happened. Why 5 stars? Because the service was extraordinary! I wasn't charged because my laptop still didn't work, so all this cost me was a bit of time. Thanks guys!
