I was looking for a gift for a gaming friend of mine whose birthday was coming up and the item I was looking for was not in stock at Landmark. I spoke to someone named Roan who really went beyond the call of duty to help me, firstly by offering to get the item for me and secondly by offering me suggestions of similar products. In the end, my time crunch led me to taking one of his suggestions, which was really appreciated by my friend who ended up liking it more than his original choice.
