Viewing Cancelled Without Notification

<p><br />Web<br />Photos<br />more<br ********** <p>Dear Mr. Thorne & the rest of the Landlords management team,</p> <p>I sent an email via Property 24 on Monday to view the house in Blueberry Hills Estate.</p> <p>I received the email below from Danel Casey confirming that viewing is on Wednesday (tonight) from 17:00.</p> <p>I confirmed the appointment.</p> <p>Tonight to my surprise, the property was empty, but the estate agent was not there.</p> <p>I contacted the estate agent at 17:00 and her phone was unanswered. I called again a few minutes later and she advised me that the viewing was canceled as she signed tenants from Bloemfontein?</p> <p>Excuse me, is this the way that landlords conducts business? You do not conduct business by making appointments and then deciding to sign people out of the city.</p> <p>The fact that I was not even notified of the cancellation of the appointment is a complete separate matter that I will take up on a different forum.</p> <p>What is Landlords explanation to this? I had the papers signed, my monies ready for the property, and now I was unfairly and unjustly affected by your staff's conduct.</p>
