UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE

I am renting a house in Stellendale Kuils River through an Agency by the name of Landlords. My complaint was regarding my neighbours (Chinese) who get home at 9pm and stack boxes till 23:00 or later at night during the week. The walls being very thin means i hear every single movement. I lodged a complaint with the Agency. My agent Maryna has been of great help however her boss seems to think that it is a joke. He explicitly states in the e-mail which he mistakenly sent to me \at first i thought this was a joke"and again \"" i still think this is a joke\"". Now my rest during the week is of utmost importance to me as is to any person working normal hours during the week. I have made alternative arrangements to move out of the place and to move further down the road just to avoid conflict but to get such an unprofessional response from an Agency whom i am paying on a monthly basis is completely unacceptable. I am positive that Mikey Thorn (apparent owner of Landlords) thinks that he can treat tenants as he pleases and that tenants are in wanted of accommodation. I will not stop here. I am going to make sure that his e-mails find it's way to as many newspapers as possible. """
