Unprofessional

The agents working at Landlords are extremely unprofessional. When I got my finances in order to buy a new home the following happened.<br> 1. Landlord agent never pitched up for viewing.<br> 2. OTP was done incorrectly several times due to lack of information regarding home owner.<br> 3. Bank and attorneys was unable to get in touch with landlord agent <br> 4. Was told by landlords agent via email and telephonically I can move into my soon to be new home end February 'Tenants had been notified as per agent'. On 24 Feb the agent advised that I will not be able to move in because the Tenants contract bined them till end March. (Never stated in OTP or advised of during process ) I Already advised the agent of current residence that I will be out end Feb. <br> 5. OTP signed 11-11-2014 and still not registered. Bank consultant, attorney's and myself has never seen such unprofessionalism from any Estate Agent Company. <br> <br> I would like to add the ironic email signature that Landlord agent prides herself with<br> 'Real Estate professional practitioner ' (What a professional joke)<br>
