One star is too much

This is absolutely disgusting service. Initially I went to go look at a flat and the agent said I don’t have to send my application as the flat will be taken by someone else. After a few weeks I saw the same add stil on property24 and contacted again at which point I was “allowed” to put in an application. Everything finally sorted after which the agent sent a contract (of which they charge +-R1500) which was a generic contract which had so much non-applicable stuff on it that i had to basically draw up a whole new contract. ( So i guess i had to pay R1500 to receive an email that i had to print and give to the agent). After that i was told if i pay the deposits earlier i will be able to move in after deposits were paid. This was another lie. After that, did finally receive the keys and the flat was still dirty, leaves and sand everywhere, lights not working. The agent keeps on postponing the evaluation of the flats condition. I have asked the landlord as well as the agent regarding wifi and a key that i still haven’t received and still nothing. If you have the choice stay as far away as you possibly can from these people
