<p>I need an advice Primavera Complex has been under Landlords Managing Agencies for more than 3 years.</p> <p>A new Managing Agent took over after August 2016 ever since then the complex is neglected, levies statements have stopped to be sent on owners, if gates are broken they are left for 2 weeks before being fixed and vagrants come inside complex and ***** clothes and break in flats.</p> <p>When a Managing Agent is not delivering according to the contract where do you go to report?</p>
