Landlord Unfair

Good day all.

Me and my Fiancée have decided to move in together. The owner of the building required me to pay R100 per night exstra on the rent. For each night I live there.

Regarding to her Contract nr. 6.4 signed by my fiancee and the owner. They allow 2 people to live there. 13.10 they say that overnight Gest must pay R100 fee for each night stayed. Witch state her contract is Double pointing.

The owners lawyer told my fiancee that there must me a contract between me and the owner as well my fiancee and the owner. Witch means we should pay double the rent?

The owner said that she may say YES or No to me if I want to stay there.
