***** of Landlord Mandisi!

<p>Well... while I rented a place from the landlord, I didn't even spend a complete eight months there. I had my. Washing ****** off the line and when it rained there would be water marks on the wall and a puddle of water on the floor. Prior to moving out, I had told the landlord about his leaking flat. I eventually decided to move out and he said would have to wait 15 days for my double deposit I had payed, however when I called after the time period he told me that the paint was dirty so he'll have to calculate the costs.it's been two months and i'm still waiting and when I call or sms he does not respond. Today I called using a private number and he picked up but as soon as he realised that it was me, he dropped the call. Surely the water from the rain can't be my fault! </p>
