Below standard???

I bought a sectional title unit where Landlords is the managing agency.<br> <br> The agent who handled the transaction was Mara Combrink.<br> <br> I was very impressed with the enthusiasm that she initiated and organised the contract and all the involved parties.<br> <br> At the rate the process was going it seemed, the impression Mara brought us under, that the whole transaction would easily be completed before the end of March. In which case we will spare the occupation rent and be able to use that money towards our firs bond payment.<br> <br> The excuse as I understand from Mara is, due to one person being on leave(@landlords) that handles this documents from the lawyers, the whole process comes to a standstill. From what I understand, no out of office reply or holiday cover has been put in place or any other effort to prevent this hold-up.<br> <br> There is also the Compliance Certificate company(Bugs and Sparks) that wasted a lot of time on a custom drip tray for the geyser, where after measuring the space for the tray, still manage to bring the wrong size. And at the end left us with the water closed off.<br> <br> I am deeply disappointed and and have not yet seen a compliment to this company....<br> <br> Apologies are sooo cheap
