Bad service and cheated out of my refund

This company cheated me on the refund that was due to me. I occupied a place that i had rented from them 6days after, but i was told to pay the entire month, plus double deposit and Andre Verweysaid i should seek accommodation for the first 6 days before moving into the apartment and that he will refund me for those 5/6 days that i had booked, although the contract stated that the rental was from the 1st of november 2024 and i only moved in on the 6th 2024 november.

Also the apartment had a geyser leakage which i reported 4 times and it wasn't sorted out untill it was time to renew the lease.

I escalated the issue with management and members of the company but nothing was done and they tried to protect Andre Verwey
