Unfair landlords

Our landlord increase rent by giving us 1 months notice, He hasnt leaved to his promisses the place is overpriced, there is no service delivery and when you complain he victimises you pushing you to leaving.In the contracts it states there is WiFi which is not true it doesnt work, curboards are falling apart, place not maintained.If you want security footage if something was ****** you are asked to pay for a footage or if the curdboard breaks not being neglegents they expect you to pay and most apartments complain about the samething its not neglegents but quality,
