Thieving landlord

I recently moved out of a room.. Left it immaculate condition except 4 pieces of tape on the wall... The landlord Cindy *** kept my deposit cause she claims I damaged the place. I didn't damaged any fixtures just dust on the wall cause of the fridge Dat was standing ther. We had no contract in place and I gave 5days notice. I need assistance to get my deposit back. I see landlords use any excuse to keep deposit. I even put a piece of granite in her rotting sink cupboards
