Slumlord Makkie Isaacs Aden Petrol Station

My hubby and I moved into a house about 4 yrs ago, not renting through an Agent, but by Makkie Isaacs who owns the Aden Petrol station in Athlone Cape Town. When we went to look at the house the previous tenant ( in process of eviction) We noted a lot of structural damage and that there was alot of things around the house that needed to be fixed. Makkie promised faithfully that he would make sure EVERYTHING would be fixed and up to standered. However once moved in we noticed a lot of what Makkie said he would fix was not done or was repaired so cheaply and badly that with in days issue in question was broken. He insists on his rent EVERY MONTH on time, but to get him to fix a washer/broken fence/mold/broken windows her refuses. He tells us to get quotes, when we do he claims he doesn't have money. BS According to many people his rich, but his to cheap to fix a washer for a tap. I have over 700 pics of things he should Makkie Should have fixed. Both him and his Brother Badeer are slumlords, they threaten Tentands send people to intimidate them when they complain about the condition of the property. He even harassed a fellow Muslim lady on the day her sister passed because she took him to the HTB. What self respecting human being does this or a Muslim man. Careful NEVER RENT OR TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE CONS
