My name is Thumeka Ammarkhodja I'm an tanant at no. 82 Railway Street Georgetown Germiston 1401. Since November 2016 I bought a Bussiness and I'm renting R15730 I stated renting R6800 but now rent it's getting up with 10% every year.

So I want to lodge an complaint about the landlord his not doing maintenance like roof leakage electric problem it's me I must take responsibility for his building. When I'm complaining is telling me I must fix it myself.and if I'm not happy I must go and rent somewhere else. I do want to go but then I bought this Bussiness now I want to sell it but people are scared to buy my shop because landlord does not want to give me a lease agreement. And I'm paying rent with hand to hand no bank account only invoice that is giving me after paying.
