Bad,pathetic

So I found this place on market place for a 2 bedroom to rent..my dad went to view the place which was already taken,landlord Trevor Da Silva said no we shud take the other place my dad asked him twice what's the payment difference he did not answer. A week after moving in we get told the place is actually 6.5k pm..which was not in my budget..the metre box was tampered with as well as we were not charged for parking a month after the initial place which I had a look had became available he said we cud move in there which is what we did..roof leaked for more than 2 months,after we had given him notice he cut our electricity off as well as tampered with the electricity box charging us R3.09 per unit as well as advertised as R5000 on market place but charging us R5500..pls don't rent from this guy,dishonest, no respect for people as well as ******..
