OWNER IS NUTS

After booking with Landhaus Alpina near Kitzbühl, Austria, I called and spoke to the owner 4 times. We drove 4 hours from Germany to spend a long weekend relaxing. It was anything but! After arrival, we checked into our holiday apartment and went for a quick shopping trip. On our return, the owner meets us outside telling us we have to move out immediately. We were shocked. She said that we did not have a reservation. I explained dd I not only speak to them 4 times within the last couple of days but we even paid the bill and you gave us a receipt. It was not like there were a dozen other reservations that she could have been confused. After 30-40 minutes of arguing and she telling us she was going to call the police, we finally packed our belongings and left. She even refused to help us find another place to stay! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! OWNER IS NUTS!
