Master key Speed dial lock bought from Lande's Hardware Capricon.

I bought a Master Speed Dial Lock at Lande's Hardware Capricon, and two months after i bought I'd not work and i brought it back to have a look or give another one.

I initially spoke to the cashier, and the lady that showed how it works came out remembered me and I showed her and she decided to call a Boss lady.

I asked the Boss lady her name and surname, and she refused stating that the business is named after but then she can't give her surname, I am very dissatisfied with their service not that I wasn't given another one, but how they handled the matter.

This shop doesn't deserve any star. I am very disappointed.
