Landes - a terrible experience and customer service!

Hi, I was at landes in promenade today and I had the worst experience ever! I had gone for a brow wax, as I showed her an example of what I’d like she said it won’t be possible I accepted that and showed her a pick of how my brows was previously done she said that too won’t work however the beauty technician before could’ve done it with my eyebrows. She then assumed that because I’m coloured I cannot speak English and asked one of the other technicians to explain it to me in “Afrikaans” yet I didn’t once speak to her in Afrikaans as English is my home language. When the technician came she understood what I said however the first technician then refused to do my brows and let a different technician do it. I left extremely disappointed in the way my brows look and I had experience the worst customer service ever at landes and after everything and after paying for the service I stilling need to have my brows done again and pay extra money to pay for it as they messed up my eyebrows! I’m highly disappointed and upset as I usually receive the best service from landes however today I felt like walking out! This is my second complaint my first one was on the 4th of February up until now I didn’t get a response!
